We have three clutch button formula currently, one is our regular formula, smooth finish and medium property, another is the low wear formula with rough finish, the third one is a new formula, it’s developed with the assistance of the oversea engineer, and this button is following Miba appearance and similar to its finish and property, it is supplied to our OE customers, due to its low cost and excellent property, it is very popular among our customers from South America and India.

Products Performance And Advantage:

1. The coefficient of friction : 0.49-0.58

2. Low wearing rate, range from 0.05-0.11, quality can compete the US and European made products.

3. Hardness: BHN 25+/- 5, suitable hardness and no harmful for the flywheel side.

4. Formula include: regular copper formula, low wearing formula and iron based formula.

5. Bending test, passed, less than 5% baring area on the steel back plate area.

6. Suitable for racing cars and heavy duty truck clutch disc assembly.

7. Longer life period, almost 3 times then organic material and 2 times than common copper based materials.

8.The delivery date will be about 45 days after receiving the advance payment, and the packaging is strong export cartons+non-wooden pallets.
